Ario partners with businesses who want to offer financing services to their customers. Business owners may sign up, provide a small amount of information then have access to financial services such as extended invoice terms and access to working capital.
+ Which email address should I use when signing up?
We recommend you use your business email address.
+ Where can I find my confirmation email?
Usually, the email is found in your inbox. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check the spam folder.
+ I am having trouble picking a password
To make sure your account is safe and secure, Ario enforces strong password rules. Our sign up page guides you to pick a strong password. We also make sure your password isn’t a commonly used password or dictionary word.
+ Help! I forgot my password
Don’t worry, you can request a password reset link to be sent to your email address. Choose I forgot my password from the bottom of the Sign In page to be directed to a form where you can request a time-limited password reset link.

+ Can I make my account more secure?
Although Ario helps you pick a strong password, you may still want to add a second way to prove a sign in request is being made by you. To do this, enable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) from the Account Info menu. We also recommend that your regularly change your password.
+ Why are you asking me to sign in to my bank account?
We use your bank account information to know where to deposit funds and withdraw payments. Using an automated account sign in also lets us verify that you are the owner of your business bank account.
+ Why are you asking for my SIN?
Providing your social insurance number (SIN) is optional. We use a combination of your personal and business information to determine your eligibility for our financial services. Your SIN helps us get an exact match for you and reduces the chances we can’t find your profile.
+ Can I use more than one financial service at a time?
Yes! You can pay any of your suppliers up to your available limit and have multiple working capital advances.
